Hang on to your hats, compadres! Belles & Chimes San Antonio is back to host the best lil’ pinball event in Texas - and the largest women's pinball event in the world! The Southwestern Belle Pinball Rodeo (SBPR) is a three-day pinball extravaganza in the Alamo City! The event is open to women of all ages and skill levels and will include five (5) IFPA sanctioned tournaments played across a bank of 30+ machines. Join the best players from the across the country to celebrate women in pinball, compete for WPPRs, cash prizes, and more loot than you can shake a stick at!

Registration Information & Tournament Schedule
Tickets
Event went on sale on October 12th at 10:00 AM and sold out within 30 minutes! Click below to join our wait list!
Fees
There is a single fee to participate in the event and play in all 5 tournaments. The fee is the same regardless of the number of tournaments you choose to participate in. All games will be set to free-play.
- If paid before December 1, 2025 - event fee is $150
- If paid between December 1 - 31, 2025 - event fee is $175
- If paid between January 1-30, 2026 - event fee is $200
Once registered, you must remit payment. Payment must be received within two weeks of registering. We accept Venmo and Paypal. Failure to pay the entry fee within the allotted timeframe may result in a player's removal from the registered player list. If this occurs players will either need to obtain another ticket (if available) or join the waitlist.

Texas has the second-largest number of players and the largest number of women's tournament events in the world. Venue Location
The event will be held in the La Joya Ballroom at The Westin San Antonio North.
Outside food and beverage
Participants are allowed to bring in their own individual food and beverages into the event space. While in the event space, the venue prohibits any catering or large group orders not placed through the hotel. The venue provides food and beverage options for purchase onsite. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the hotel bar open daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The venue has an onsite restaurant and Starbucks open daily for breakfast and lunch.

Smoking and vaping
Smoking and vaping indoors is strictly prohibited at all times. Violation of this policy may result in an ejection from the event without a warning or a refund.
Accessibility
The Westin San Antonio North is an ADA compliant facility. For more information on accessibility and features, please contact the hotel directly and speak with the front desk.
Parking
FREE! Onsite parking is complimentary for players attending the event, regardless of if they plan to stay at the hotel.

Event Policies
Participation
Participation in the event is limited to women and female identifying players of all ages and skill levels. Players must be old enough to play unaided.
Player conduct
All players are expected to adhere to the PAPA/IFPA competition rules and play in a courteous manner. We will be using the PAPA/IFPA card system of yellow and red to give any penalties to players. Unsporting conduct will not be tolerated by any player. Tournament Directors reserve the right to eject any player from the venue without a refund. Safety is our number one priority. Please see Section III paragraph 1 in the link above for more details.
Access to venue
Access to the venue space is limited to registrants and designated volunteers only. Non-registered adults will not be permitted to enter the event space at any time. Non-registered children under 10 years of age may attend, however they must not interfere with tournament play. We ask that parents take disruptive children to the lobby.
Zero Tolerance
Do not spoil the good vibes, pilgrim! We expect all participants, win or lose, to show respect and support for others, treat the pinball machines with respect, have a good attitude, and maintain personal space. Failure to abide by these policies may result in us sending you packin’ on the horse you rode in on (read: we will throw you out without a refund!) Also, anyone in violation of the hotel’s policies will be asked to leave without a refund.
The Fine Print
Terms & Conditions
The SBPR and its organizers are NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss of products or machines due to theft, damage, misuse, or Acts of God and/or Nature. It is Exhibitor’s/Collector’s responsibility to transport display item(s) or game(s) to and from the SBPR event space.
Merchandise Cancellation/Refund Policy
Merchandise purchases are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a different size/color, subject to availability.
Sponsor & Advertisement Cancellation/Refund Policy
Sponsorships, web links on the SBPR home page or alamocitypinball.com and program ads are non-refundable.
Event Ticket Refund/No Show Policy
Event tickets are refundable until the cutoff dates listed below. SBPR may also issue refunds at their discretion, provided a wait-listed player can replace her and according to the graduated refund schedule. Event entry is non-transferable. No-shows for the event and/or tournaments are non-refundable.
Event/Tournament Cancellation
SBPR is a “rain or shine” event. In the unlikely circumstance that the SBPR is forced to cancel due to Acts of God, Government Action or any other reason out of our control, no payments will be refunded, and no credit will be applied toward any future events.
Recording Notice
All persons participating in the SBPR consent to the use of their photograph, image, voice and likeness in the event, and in promotion thereof, in any and all media (including without limitation, all television rights, and all allied, ancillary, subsidiary and incidental rights), throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without remuneration.
Refund Policy
- October 30 - December 1, 2025: Full refund
- December 1 - December 30, 2025: 50% refund
- January 1, 2026 - Beyond: No refunds issued beyond this point.
